Siobhan Teahan is a clothing designer from the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by gleaning salvaged materials from a local factory, they began designing luggage and accessories in 2015. After sustained interest from their local community, they expanded to clothing design under the name New Affection in 2019. They create custom garments and brand staples with the goal of making people feel hot and free. Primarily working with reclaimed textiles and leather, they love to design silhouettes that question dominant beauty standards and nod to queer history.
