Levity Arts LLC is a Seattle-based circus-burlesque production company founded by Katie Herndon, a professional aerialist and acrobat with over a decade of experience. The company creates inclusive, immersive performance experiences rooted in the belief that purposeful play is powerful and joy is a form of resilience. Levity Arts produces independent theatrical productions, facilitates free community events, and partners with festivals across the Pacific Northwest to bring circus, dance, and movement arts to new audiences. Levity's work has been featured in The Seattle Times and on NPR, and the company returns to Bumbershoot in 2026 with a roaming carnival act featuring stilt walking, unicycle, and flow arts.
