Sam's Crab Mac & Cheese

Our product, 100% Dungeness crab mac & cheese, is a specialty of the Northwest, particularly Puget Sound and the Washington Coast. Dungeness crab is savored by many in our region as a delicacy, often during the holidays or family gatherings. The product allows us to showcase this specialty to visitors to our city. It is popular among families with children, who may otherwise not try crab. The dish is also very warming and has an excellent aroma while heating up in my oven that draws people in. Also, our product is able to be served quickly, with virtually no customer wait, making it great for large events and crowded locations.
