It’s completely fueled by renewable energy from windmills, it’s designed for maximum water conservation, and all waste management is also sustainable. If that’s not enough, this winery invests heavily in employee well being such as providing incentives for a smoke free environment, English lessons, educational trips and child care. Furthermore, it is the first and possibly only winery in Italy also certified for gender equality. It’s also delicious with a wonderful bouquet of white pulp fruit and flavors of ripe pear, renetta apple, ginestre flowers and jasmine brightened by a gentle and refreshing acidity.
